My order seems delayed, what can I do?

... has arrived correctly with us ... the order confirmation by email.
... has been delivered to the carrier ... the shipping confirmation with Track & Trace code by email.

View the order status online

You can track the status of your order online. In the order confirmation you have received an order number and a PIN code. With this information you can log in up to 30 days after your order by clicking on the following link: - View my order status

Foreign shipments

Shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium may be sent via other carriers such as DHL, UPS and Colis Privé. You will also receive a Track & Trace number for these shipments.
