Haven't received your order yet and want to cancel it (partially)? As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can easily arrange this yourself.

Here's how:

1. Go to the withdrawal form.
2. Enter your email address and order number.
3. Select the items you want to cancel — your whole order or just part of it.
4. Click "Submit."

You'll immediately receive a confirmation email letting you know we've received your cancellation request. We'll process it as soon as possible.

Can't we find your order? Then you'll automatically be redirected to a different form where you can fill in some extra details. Our customer service team will personally take care of it from there.

Has your order already shipped? Then your request will automatically be converted into a return request. Once approved, you'll receive a return label to send the item back to us.
