How can I check if my order has already been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Do you have an EasyToys account? You can also check the status of your order there.

If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

• Order number
• Email address used to place the order
• Your full name
• New delivery address

If your package has already been shipped and you have received a track & trace from UPS, we can still try to change the address through the carrier.
