Why did I receive a different amount as refund?

We are sorry that you have received an incorrect refund. In order to help you as quickly as possible, we would like to go through the following with you.

  • Please note that due to discretion, the refund will not be credited under the name EasyToys but under EDC.
  • Shipping costs will only be credited if the entire order is returned.
  • Have you used a voucher that was valid for a minimum spending amount and does the purchase amount fall below this minimum spending amount after the return? Then the voucher will not be credited.

In case the returned amount is incorrect. Please contact us with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • The e-mail address you used to place the order
  • A screenshot of the refund received on your bank account
